Job Description

Responsibilities: 


  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans for assigned clinics, focusing on market expansion, patient acquisition, and revenue growth. 
  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. 
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including physicians and referral sources. 
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns (Workshops, CMEs etc) to generate awareness and drive patient inquiries. 
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including outreach campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives. 
  • Oversee the patient intake process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective patients. 
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Manage and monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the cluster. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals. 
  • Network with industry professionals at conferences, events, and professional organizations. 
  • Travel to assigned clinics as needed. 
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies. 
  • Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time 

Skills & Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or fertility clinic industry. 
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales and revenue targets. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
