We cater to MSME units, small-scale manufacturers, and industrial clients all over India. We are growing fast and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within targeted industrial segments.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical demos.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Engage in direct client acquisition, cold calling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and after-sales support.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal technical and service teams for client solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competition.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

🧑‍💼 Required Skills & Competencies/Core Skills:

• Strong understanding of industrial equipment or engineering goods.
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills in B2B environments.
• Ability to prepare quotations and explain technical features.
• Proven lead generation and sales closure capabilities.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication (Hindi & English).
• Strong presentation and analytical thinking.
• Customer-centric and target-driven mindset.
• Good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM knowledge.

🎓 Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business (BBA/B.Com) or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.

🧭 Preferred Previous Experience

• Sales experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or engineering products.
• Experience in MSME sales and dealing with factory owners, industrial buyers.
• Previous roles with machinery manufacturers or equipment sellers will be preferred.
