We are looking for an Electrical Testing Engineer to conduct tests, troubleshoot, and ensure the quality of electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and a strong understanding of industry standards.

Job Location: Multiple sites across India, as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical tests on transformers, HV/LV switchgear, and other electrical components.
• Develop and execute test plans for high-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in power systems and oil & gas facilities.
• Conduct routine and specialized tests, including insulation resistance, dielectric withstand, and protection relay testing.
• Ensure the calibration and maintenance of electrical test equipment.
• Prepare detailed test reports, documenting results and compliance with relevant safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze test results and recommend corrective actions for design improvements.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 years of experience in electrical testing, particularly in the power or oil & gas sector.
• Hands-on experience testing transformers, HV/LV switchgear, and related electrical systems.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, hipot testers, protection relay testers).
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards (IEC, ANSI, IEEE) and safety protocols for high-voltage testing.
• Ability to work in both office and field environments.
