Capability BE- Key Roles & Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Identify training needs through performance analysis, field observations, and stakeholder feedback.
• Design and deliver capability-building programs for frontline sales, supervisors, and managers.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Customize training modules as per business, product, and market requirements.

Sales Capability Building

• Train teams on selling skills, negotiation, objection handling, and customer engagement.
• Support improvement in productivity, strike rate, coverage, and conversion.
• Coach field teams through joint working and post-call reviews.

Content Creation & Learning Tools

• Develop training material such as PPTs, manuals, SOPs, role-play scripts, and assessments.
• Ensure training content is updated and aligned with current business priorities.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees.
• Enable managers to act as effective coaches for their teams.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Business leaders to align capability initiatives.
• Support new hire induction and onboarding programs.
• Maintain training records and documentation.

• Analytical mindset with coaching orientation
• Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
• Proficient in MS Office / PPT Presentation.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• FMCG / Retail / Corporate training experience preferred
