Channel Development Manager

Job Responsibilities: ● Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailersfrom various segments ● Responsible forsourcing, generating; closing new acquisition & activationssigning leads. ● Will be managing the team of direct sales people. ● Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management. ● Planning, formulating and implementing promotionalstrategiesto increase market penetration and visibility. ● Should be prepared to travel acrossthe city to develop a market. ● Achieving salestargets through Sound box, QR code and merchant onboarding Key Competencies: ● 4-10 years of relevant sales experience ● Possess extensive knowledge ofsales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them ● Strong analytical and quantitative skills ● Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
