Job Role

Ojovest Wealth Management is hiring a Growth Lead to drive client acquisition, revenue generation, and local market expansion in Ranchi and nearby areas.

This is a field-oriented, execution-focused role, ideal for candidates with strong relationship-building and financial sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients (business owners, professionals, families)

Conduct client meetings and close advisory engagements

Generate monthly revenue and AUM

Build referral relationships with CAs, lawyers, and local professionals

Strengthen Ojovest’s presence in Ranchi and nearby regions

Maintain long-term client relationships and trust

Eligibility

5–10 years experience in wealth management / banking / insurance / financial sales

Strong local market knowledge of Ranchi / Jharkhand

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Comfortable with field work and client meetings

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based (no upper limit)
