Cinepolite Associate

At least 0-12 months of experience in QSRs (like McDonald's/Burger King/KFC/Domino's/Pizza Hut/Subway/Wow Momos/Hotels where handling Food & Beverage related works) required. Candidates will get preference as per their skills & experience in mentioned area of work.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The purpose of this post is to Interact and serve customers at all customer contact points in the cinema (ticketing, ushering, F&B).

JOB FUNCTIONS

 • To work in box office and sell tickets to customers.

• To work in the concession area and work with other team members in selling F&B products.

• To be available at floor area and ensure timely service and delivery to the customer in the Audi during movie breaks(Service on Seat).

• Doing PRP (Pre Rush-Preparation) before shift and interval starts.

• Handling routine queries from customers and guiding them properly.

• Report all issues and challenges to the Patron Delight Officers in a timely manner.

• Delivering excellent customer service.
