Job Description

  • Construction supervision: oversee daily site activities, supervise labor/subcontractors, ensure correct execution of civil works (earthworks, foundations, drainage, roads, concrete, utilities).
  • Progress monitoring & scheduling: track progress vs program, identify delays, recommend recovery actions, prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Materials management: inspect and approve incoming materials, maintain material logs, coordinate testing and storage.
  • Site coordination: liaise with project manager, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients; resolve technical queries (RFI/queries).
  • Cost control & measurement: measure quantities, prepare interim payment claims, validate subcontractor invoices, control site wastage.
