Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and order fulfillment.
• Improve processes, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
• Lead and support the operations team.
• Track performance and report to management.
• Handle inventory, warehouse, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Work with other teams to meet business goals.
• Solve operational issues and manage customer complaints.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in operations (preferably wholesale/distribution).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
