Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Analyze sales data, MIS, and reports to track performance and growth
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports
- Coordinate with sales teams and ensure smooth field operations
- Conduct regular field visits for market analysis and team support
- Monitor stock movement, productivity, and KPI performance
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in the garments/apparel industry
- Strong knowledge of sales + data analysis (MIS, Excel, reporting)
- Target-oriented with good understanding of sales metrics
- Comfortable with field visits and team coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
