Manage our users by answering product and service-related questions to ensure excellent service standards
Maintain high user satisfaction.
Should be 'Fluent' in English and/or Hindi.
Office Timing: 8 AM to 9 PM (Any 9 hrs. Office window) ·
Flexible / Comfortable to work-in 'Rotational Shifts' (9-hour 'shift' pattern) ·
Prior work-experience in a BPO / Contact Center (Voice Process - Outbound and Inbound 'preferred') ·
Freshers are welcome with good communication skill in English & Hindi with Basic knowledge Microsoft Office
