Collection Executive / Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Field Executive for NPA Management and Collection Recovery. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers with overdue loan accounts, following up for payments, and assisting in the recovery of outstanding dues in a professional and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers with overdue or NPA loan accounts to follow up on pending payments.
• Explain outstanding dues and repayment options to borrowers.
• Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely settlements.
• Collect payments or coordinate with the office for digital payment processing.
• Maintain proper records of visits, discussions, and recovery status.
• Submit daily field reports and updates to the reporting manager.
• Ensure all recovery activities follow company policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle field work and interact with customers professionally.
• Basic knowledge of loan recovery and collection processes is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
