Collection Executive / Officer

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Collections Executive to join our team in Ranchi . The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in collections with a strong background in Collection.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.
• Conduct field visits to verify customer information and obtain payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyze data to provide insights on collection trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
