Job Title: Social Media Manager & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager who can manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, analytics, and marketing mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc. as relevant)
• Plan, schedule, and publish consistent, high-quality content
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement and respond professionally
• Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices

Content Creation

• Create engaging content including posts, reels/videos, stories, and captions
• Develop content calendars aligned with business goals
• Write compelling copy with strong hooks and CTAs
• Coordinate basic graphic design or video editing (or work with designers if needed)
• Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach

Lead Generation & Growth

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on lead generation
• Create and optimize lead magnets, CTAs, and funnels (DMs, landing pages, forms, etc.)
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
• Track leads from social media and improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to ensure lead quality

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
• Provide regular reports and insights
• Use data to refine content and lead generation strategies
• RequirementsProven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
• Strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth
• Experience generating leads through social media (organic and/or paid)
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of funnels, CRM tools, or email marketing
