We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team at our Ranchi branch.

🔹 Job Role: TelecallerYou will be responsible for calling prospective clients, generating leads, fixing appointments, and supporting the sales team.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
• Explain services and generate interest in our offerings
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
• Achieve daily calling and conversion targets
• Provide polite and professional customer interaction
• 🔹 Eligibility:12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Confident, result-oriented, and disciplined
• Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
