Customer Assistance Manager-Consumer Durables-Hardship Assistance Unit

- Manage customer assistance activities specifically for consumer durables. - Handle hardship assistance cases, providing support and solutions to customers facing difficulties. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. - Oversee the implementation of assistance policies and procedures within the unit. - Maintain records and reports related to customer assistance and hardship cases. - Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues requiring managerial intervention. - Ensure compliance with company standards and customer service excellence. - Collaborate with internal departments to improve assistance processes and customer experience.
