Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Age Criteria: 25 – 40 years

Job Summary:We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage retailer and customer queries, ensure service satisfaction, and provide operational support across the Dealplex network.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer and retailer support
  • Resolve queries related to onboarding, orders, payments, and services
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic technical or service-related issues
  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within timelines
  • Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support / backend operations
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, email handling)
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
  • Preferred Candidate:Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or fintech support
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitasking
