Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Age Criteria: 25 – 40 years
Job Summary:We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage retailer and customer queries, ensure service satisfaction, and provide operational support across the Dealplex network.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer and retailer support
- Resolve queries related to onboarding, orders, payments, and services
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for issue resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical or service-related issues
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within timelines
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support / backend operations
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, email handling)
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
- Preferred Candidate:Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or fintech support
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitasking
