Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage customer communication, maintain data secrecy, support the internal team, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate must be a strong team player, always ready to assist both customers and colleagues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer WhatsApp messages on time
• Keep customers fully satisfied by understanding their needs
• Solve problems for customers and team members
• Provide product details, pricing, and order support
• Handle customer complaints with patience and accuracy
• Always stay ready to support customers and the internal team
• Maintain data secrecy and confidentiality at all times
• Share daily updates, rates, and offers with customers
• Coordinate with delivery staff and other departments
• Maintain daily reports and records
• Follow all company rules and maintain workplace discipline
• EligibilityMust be a team player
• Good communication and typing skills (English/Hindi)
• Knowledge of WhatsApp and basic internet
• Responsible, polite, calm, and punctual
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Age limit: Up to 25 years
• Male/Female — both can apply
• Aadhaar card required
• Salary & BenefitsMonthly Fixed Salary: ₹15,000
• Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 (based on targets)
• Incentives will be paid every Tuesday

• Work Timing9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 1 Weekly Off
• Must support team members or customers even during off-time, if required
