Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the UK Lead Generation. The role involves interacting with customers based in the United Kingdom and collecting survey feedback over calls.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to UK customers to collect survey responses.
• Explain survey purpose clearly and professionally.
• Record customer responses accurately in the system.
• Maintain call quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure data confidentiality and process guidelines are followed.

Required Skills

• Good English communication skills (UK accent preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Active listening and probing skills.
• Confident and polite speaking manner.
