Job Title: Office Record Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Print accounting vouchers and file them in their respective physical files in an organized manner.
• Maintain a structured and systematic filing system for all office records.
• Keep an up-to-date physical register of ledgers with accurate and timely entries.
• Record and manage data in Google Sheets for digital documentation and tracking.
• Cross-check physical files with digital records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the document storage area to keep it audit-ready.
• Archive old documents properly and label files for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with the accounts or administrative team to receive and dispatch documents as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting documents such as vouchers and ledgers.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with general office filing systems and documentation procedures.
