Job Description – Process Associate/Trainee (International Operations)

About the Role

We are seeking a Process Associate/Trainee to join our International Operations team. The role involves supporting our international client engaged in compliance services, with a focus on data curation and data management using their software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team in executing various processes on the client’s software platform.
• Manage, curate, and update data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Humanities).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.
• Immediate joiner or notice period of 1 month or less.
• Willingness to work from office in Ranchi
