Job Summaryहम अपनी टीम में एक क्रिएटिव, एनालिटिकल और रिजल्ट-ओरिएंटेड Digital Marketing Executive की तलाश में हैं। आपका काम कंपनी की ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति को बढ़ाना, लीड जनरेट करना और ब्रांड को डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर मजबूत बनाना होगा।

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube आदि प्लेटफॉर्म पर पोस्टिंग, कंटेंट प्लानिंग और पेज मैनेजमेंट।
• Social Media Campaigns (Paid + Organic) को प्लान और Execute करना।
• Engagement बढ़ाना और Growth Analytics ट्रैक करना।

SEO & Website Management

• ऑन-पेज और ऑफ-पेज SEO
• Keyword Research और Competitor Analysis
• Website कंटेंट अपडेट और Google Ranking सुधारना

Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Google Search, Display और YouTube Ads बनाना और मैनेज करना
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) Campaign Setup, Optimization और Reporting

Content CreationCreative

• पोस्ट, रील्स, ब्लॉग कंटेंट और एड कॉपी तैयार करवाना/मैनेज करना
• Canva/Photoshop से बेसिक Designing (अगर आता हो तो बोनस)

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• Email Marketing Campaigns तैयार करना (Mailchimp/Sendinblue)
• WhatsApp API/CRM टूल्स से Broadcast मैनेज करना

Analytics & Reports

• Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights आदि से Weekly/Monthly Reports बनाना
• Campaign performance को improve करने के लिए सुझाव देना

Required Skills

• Digital Marketing Tools का अच्छा ज्ञान
• Google Ads & Meta Ads का Practical Experience
• SEO Techniques की समझ
• Content Writing & Creativity skills
• Canva/Photoshop का बेसिक Knowledge (Optional)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• QualificationsGraduation in any stream
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years

Salary Range

• ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Skills & Experience के अनुसार)
