Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary:We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to manage and oversee daily delivery and dispatch operations. You will be responsible for ensuring goods are packed, loaded, and delivered on time, keeping records updated, and guiding the dispatch team for smooth operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities.
• Make sure all orders are packed correctly and sent out on time.
• Assign delivery routes and duties to drivers and dispatch staff.
• Keep track of vehicle movements and delivery status.
• Maintain proper records of dispatches, returns, and delivery notes.
• Communicate with customers and sales team for delivery updates.
• Check that vehicles are properly loaded and follow safety rules.
• Handle any delivery delays, complaints, or issues efficiently.
• Train and guide dispatch team members when required.
