Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician Trainer to deliver high quality vocational training to underprivileged youth and adults. The trainer will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical sessions in electrical work, site execution, and construction electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs in electrical work including wiring, installations, and maintenance

• Conduct hands-on practical sessions for construction electrical work including site execution

• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with NSQF standards

• Assess trainee performance through practical demonstrations and theoretical examinations

• Maintain training records, attendance registers, and progress reports

• Ensure safe working practices and adherence to electrical safety standards

• Mentor trainees and provide career guidance for employment opportunities

• Coordinate with industry partners for placement support

• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives

• Demonstrate commitment to social impact and empowerment of underprivileged communities

Minimum Educational Qualification

Option1: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Option2: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements

1.Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Industry Experience: 2 years in Site Execution (Electrical Work)

Training Experience: 1 year in Construction Electrical Work(Preferred)

2.Qualification: Diploma

Industry Experience: 3 years in Site Execution (Electrical Work)

Training Experience: 1 year in Construction Electrical Work(Preferred)

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and installations

• Proficiency in electrical drawing interpretation and wiring diagrams

• Practical experience with electrical tools, equipment, and safety devices

• Understanding of National Electrical Code and safety regulations

• Excellent communication and teaching abilities

• Patience and ability to work with diverse learner groups

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting
