Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely project delivery in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
2. Review project drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
4. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
5. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
6. Make and Verify contractor bills and manage material consumption efficiently.
7. Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
8. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
9. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
10. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• :Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE Civil).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
