About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee end-to-end facility and administrative operations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage large teams while ensuring smooth functioning of infrastructure, hospitality, and logistics services.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Specialization in Hotel Management or Facility Management will be an added advantage

Experience

  • 6–10 years in Admin/Facility Management
  • Candidates from Industrial Parks, Agri-Tech, or Large Resorts background preferred

Key Skills Required

  • Strong leadership with a proactive and disciplined approach
  • Ability to manage a large workforce effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) for reporting and documentation

Key Result Areas (KRA)Facility Management

  • Overall supervision of PBT facility, LEF Greenhouse, Admin building, and auxiliary structures
  • Ensure upkeep and smooth operations of all premises

Infrastructure Management

  • Maintenance of roads, drainage networks, power backups, and site-wide utilities
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance planning

Team Leadership

  • Direct supervision of Front Office, Travel Desk, and Housekeeping teams
  • Training and performance management of staff

Hospitality Management

  • End-to-end management of Canteen operations ensuring hygiene and quality
  • Supervision of Guesthouse and Dormitory facilities

Logistics & Vendor Coordination

  • Management of Travel Desk and vehicle movement
  • Coordination with vendors for AMC and service contracts

Procurement & Inventory

  • Management of stationery, cleaning materials, and canteen supplies
  • Cost control and inventory optimization

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Operational Uptime: 100% maintenance of roads, drains, and utility networks
  • Staff Development: Weekly on-the-job training for front office & housekeeping teams
  • Hygiene Compliance: Zero tolerance for hygiene lapses in canteen & guest areas
  • Cost Optimization: 5%–10% reduction in admin & consumable expenses
  • Response Time: Resolution of facility complaints within 4–12 hours

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliation, and financial documentation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including receivables, payables, general ledger, and bank transactions.
  • Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts as per accounting standards.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger reconciliation.
  • Preparation of monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory returns.
  • Coordination with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Process vendor payments and monitor receivables follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of invoices, vouchers, and contracts.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.



Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
  • Experience in manufacturing / trading / service industry (as applicable)



Preferred Skills

  • Experience in finalization of accounts
  • Knowledge of audit procedures
  • Exposure to ERP environment
