1. Front Desk & Telecalling

• Handle walk-in inquiries professionally
• Make follow-up calls to leads and trial members
• Explain membership plans and offers clearly
• Maintain basic lead and follow-up records
• Ensure excellent first impression for members & prospects

2. Floor Management (Peak Hours)

• Be present on the gym floor during busy hours
• Monitor trainer punctuality, behavior, and professionalism
• Ensure trainers follow gym rules and assigned responsibilities
• Handle minor member issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and overall gym vibe

3. Trainer Discipline & Coordination

• Track trainer attendance and time discipline
• Ensure trainers are engaging with members properly
• Act as a bridge between trainers and management
• Report repeated indiscipline or issues to management

4. Offline Marketing & Local Promotion

• Coordinate local promotions (flyers, societies, offices, shops)
• Support corporate tie-ups and nearby office outreach
• Assist in stall setups, local events, and campaigns
• Collect feedback from local prospects and members
