Job Summary:The Female Warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, safety, and overall welfare of the girls hostel residents. She will ensure a clean, secure, and supportive environment in the hostel premises, addressing the needs of students and coordinating with management for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily hostel activities and ensure discipline among residents.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of hostel premises.
• Handle hostel admission, attendance, and record-keeping.
• Ensure safety and security of all female residents.
• Address student grievances and report issues to management promptly.
• Monitor housekeeping, food quality, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain cordial relations with students, staff, and parents when required.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Preference for candidates with experience in hostel management, administration, or student welfare.
• Strong communication, supervision, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.

Work Schedule: Full-time, residential position (mandatory to stay at hostel premises).
