Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Delivery Executives, Warehouse Staff, Helpers, Drivers, Loaders, Factory Workers, etc.)
- Bulk hiring through field sourcing, referrals, job portals, vendors, and local networks
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and basic verification
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain daily hiring tracker and MIS reports
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Handle walk-ins and field recruitment camps
- Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning
- Manage attrition replacements and urgent closures
