Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.
Position: Field Sales Executive
No of Positions : 2 (male/female)
Experience: 0 - 2 Years of proven experience in field sales, B2B (Business-to-Business), or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is preferred.
Location: Ranchi
Compensation: Competitive salary + TA (details available upon interview).
Mandatory Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) and possess a valid driving license for daily travel to client locations.
Responsiblities :-
Generate new leads and identify potential customers within the designated territory.
Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide regular feedback to the sales management regarding market trends and customer needs.
