Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Field & Store) | 3+ Years Exp. Job Description-We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a high-energy professional who enjoys both on-field challenges and in-store customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be a master of persuasion with a proven track record in upselling and cross-selling.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Identify and reach out to potential customers to drive sales growth.
• Customer Excellence: Handle walk-in or field inquiries, providing detailed product demonstrations.
• Value Addition: Expertly execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase the average order value.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback using MS Excel and Word.
• Market Reach: Travel within assigned territories for field sales and client meetings.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Field or Retail/Store Sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and "closing" skills.
• Technical: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word is a must).
• Mindset: Highly dedicated, self-motivated, and a "go-getter" attitude.
• Mandatory Assets: Candidate must own a Bike and a Laptop for daily operations.
