Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our merchant and franchise network across multiple business verticals. The role involves on-ground sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and promotion of fintech and quick commerce solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new merchants, retailers, and franchise partners
• Promote and sell fintech products such as:
• Payment Gateway Solutions
• POS (Point of Sale) Machines
• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) Services
• CSC (Common Service Center) Franchisee
• Generate leads and onboard partners for Quick Commerce Franchisee Model
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work
• Basic understanding of fintech or sales will be an added advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of digital payments and financial services
• Ability to work independently in field conditions
