Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager to expand the market presence of Little Bakes products across Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local F&B market and experience in onboarding new retailers and stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the distribution network for Little Bakes products in Ranchi.
• Identify and approach new shops, retailers, and stores to install and promote Little Bakes products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure product availability and visibility.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the F&B segment.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support brand growth.

Requirements:

• Must have a good grasp of the Ranchi F&B market.
• Experience in FMCG or bakery product sales is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city and nearby areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Preferred Profile:Prior experience in FMCG/F&B sales.
• Knowledge of local retailers, wholesalers, and food outlets in Ranchi.
