Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive for Real Estate Software Sales. The role involves visiting property brokers and real estate agents to onboard them on the company’s sales software and sell software subscriptions. This is a completely field-based role, requiring regular market visits and strong networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit property brokers and real estate agents in the local market.

Promote and explain the company’s real estate sales software.

Onboard brokers to the platform and generate software subscriptions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.

Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Provide basic product guidance and support to users.

Requirements:

Experience in Field Sales / Software Sales / Real Estate Sales preferred.

Bike is mandatory for field visits.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Local Patna / Bihar candidates preferred.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
