Field Sales Executive – Mera Nivas


About Mera Nivas:

Mera Nivas is a Smart Society Management Platform built for India's gated communities.


It helps housing societies manage visitor entries, payments, complaints, parking, amenities, and announcements in one simple mobile app.


Our mission is to bring digital convenience, security, and transparency to 100K+ housing societies across India.


Role Overview:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives who will help us onboard housing societies onto the Mera Nivas platform.

You will visit societies, meet RWA members, presidents, secretaries, and residents, give product demos, and help them start using the platform.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, working in the field, and building relationships.


What You Will Do:

1. Society Outreach Visit apartments and gated communities in your city

  • Meet RWA members, presidents, and secretaries
  • Explain how Mera Nivas helps manage society operations
  • Give product demos and introduce the platform

2. Society Onboarding Help societies start using the app

  • Assist security guards and residents in installing the app
  • Ensure the society setup is completed properly

3. Relationship Building Build good relationships with RWAs and residents

  • Encourage society referrals to help grow in the city
  • Attend society meetings and community events

4. Reporting Maintain basic updates in CRM

  • Share daily updates with the team
  • Coordinate with the operations team if support is needed
  • What You Will Learn Real-world startup sales experience

  • Working directly with startup founders
