Role OverviewNaughty Ice Cream is hiring Sales Executives to drive distribution expansion, secondary sales, and brand visibility across Jharkhand. The role involves extensive fieldwork, distributor coordination, and retailer engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExecute field sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and key outlets across assigned territories
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail points
• Conduct regular market visits to generate secondary sales
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence
• Ensure timely collection and adherence to company sales processes
• Candidate RequirementsMust have prior experience in FMCG sales, preferably Food & Beverages
• Strong understanding of distribution-led sales and retail execution
• Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Preferred ProfileCandidates currently handling FMCG field sales roles
• Experience in ice cream, dairy, or frozen food categories is an advantage
