Experience Required: 1–4 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, and drive sales by promoting our products/services in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be target-driven and comfortable with on-ground sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits and networking
• Meet potential clients and present products/services
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collect market and competitor information
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and closures
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or direct sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate / telecom sales
• Local market knowledge and strong network
• Ability to work independently
