Field Sales Executive

You will be responsible for driving daily revenue by visiting assigned leads and converting them into confirmed orders. This is a high-energy, result-oriented role where your success is measured by meeting daily sales quotas and expanding our market presence.

Core Responsibilities

• Order Acquisition: Visit 15–20+ leads daily to secure on-the-spot orders.
• Target Hitting: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales volume goals.
• Lead Management: Effectively track and close prospects provided in your daily data sheet.
• Reporting: Submit real-time order data and visit logs via the mobile sales app.

Specific Requirements

• Drive: Self-motivated with a "must-win" attitude toward sales targets.
• Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle and a valid license for daily field travel.
• Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals quickly.
• Discipline: Excellent time management to cover all assigned leads within the day.
