Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee and manage all finishing activities on-site.

The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship in tasks such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling installation, and other final finishes.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, especially in precision tasks like matching the edges of two tiles seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all finishing works on the construction site, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards.
2. Monitor and guide workers performing tasks such as tiling, painting, flooring, ceiling installation, and other surface finishes.
3. Ensure the accurate alignment and edge-matching of tiles, maintaining consistency in joints, levels, and patterns.
4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site staff to ensure timely completion of finishing tasks.
5. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
6. Provide technical guidance and on-site solutions to resolve issues related to finishes.
7. Maintain records of materials, labor, and progress for reporting purposes.
8. Enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site.
