Hiring: Developer / Project Head (React.js & Node.js)

💼 About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Developer / Project Head who can lead our development team and manage end-to-end software projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in React.js & Node.js with proven experience of at least 2-5 years in building scalable applications.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development projects from planning to deployment.

• Manage and mentor the development team.

• Design and develop high-performance web applications using React.js & Node.js.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product).

• Create project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing systems.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications:

•2-5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js & Node.js.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MongoDB / SQL, Git, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).

• Experience in project handling and team management.

• Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
