Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and creating visually compelling graphics for digital platforms. You will work closely with developers, marketing teams, and product owners to transform ideas into engaging designs that align with our brand identity and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma or similar tools.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and UI workflows to enhance user experience.
• Develop high-quality graphic designs for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and branding assets.
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent visuals across all digital and print platforms.
• Work on illustrations, banners, posters, and creative assets as required.
• Edit and produce videos for promotional content, reels, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure UI designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX principles, and creative techniques.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files, assets, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Ability to create visually appealing layouts, color palettes, typography, and branding elements.
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of animation or motion graphics.
• Experience with web design systems or design tokens.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory).
• Experience designing for SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
