Job Description
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
- Set up and support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network cabling
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and system issues
- Provide technical support to users and ensure minimum downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Maintain IT asset records and basic documentation
- Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for repair and support
