Role Overview

Prejha Foundation is looking for passionate and dedicated female candidates to join our Helpline Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to fluently interact in Sarthali/Ho/ Mundari along with Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound helpline calls professionally.

. Provide accurate information and resolve queries of beneficiaries.

* Maintain updated call records and reports in the system.

. Communicate fluently in Santhali/ Ho/ Mundari, along with Hindi/ English.

* Ensure empathy, patience, and customer satisfaction during interactions

◦ Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to the helpline team's success.

Eligibility Criteria

* Age: 18+ years .

Education: Graduate .

Gender: Female candidates only

* Languages: Good communication in English & Hindi (Fluency in Santhali/ Ho/ Mundari is mandatory)

* Experience: Experienced Only

* Community Preference: Candidates from Santhali, Ho, or Munda community will be preferred
