Position – Staff Nurse for Home Care

Location – Ranchi

Experience – Minimum 1 Years of Experience of ICU/Critical Care (Ventilator Management)

Shifts– 12 Hours (Rotational Shift Day-8 AM to 8 PM/ Night-8 PM to 8 AM) and 24 Hours Stay Duty (Stay Duty- Stay/Accommodation in patient home itself till duty continue), Candidates must be interested for both shift 12 Hours and 24 Hours.

Gender – Male/ Female both.

Salary – 10,000-12,000 per month

Qualification - GNM, GDA & ANM or BSC Nursing with Registration.

The Job Roles requires the incumbent to do the following activities

Major Responsibilities

• Travelling to patients homes and managing their care plans according to physician’s instructions.
• Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests, and other Nursing Procedure.
• Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.
• Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or on-going care of the patient.
• Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.

Skills

• Must be aware about what all examinations are done for patients.
• Life supporting Equipment Knowledge like Ventilator, BIPAP, CPAP etc.
• Neuro, Respiratory and Cardiac system and their disease knowledge.
• Knowledge of emergency medicine and subcutaneous injections.
• Tracheostomy Care, RT Insertion, Catheterization etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000-12,000 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift
• Night shift

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nursing License (Preferred)
