Job Description

  • Identify and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers, sweet shops, bakeries).
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and owners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ghee products (all variants & bulk packs).
  • Conduct market visits, product sampling, and demos to promote quality and usage benefits.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including order booking, dispatch coordination, and delivery.
  • Follow up on payments as per credit policy and ensure no outstanding dues.
  • Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends; share feedback with management.
  • Maintain customer data, call reports, daily sales reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Support marketing and trade promotion activities to improve brand visibility.
