We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at hotel churuwala / churuvilla ! As part of our hotel staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and top-quality service from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of rooms and public areas (for housekeeping roles)
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Support various departments as needed (front desk, housekeeping, food service, etc.)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
