Job Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Develop and implement HR policies and office discipline systems

Handle employee attendance, leave management, and performance tracking

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Resolve employee conflicts and handle disciplinary issues

Implement daily reporting and performance monitoring systems

Conduct employee engagement and team management activities

Ensure smooth communication between management and staff

Manage salary structure coordination and HR compliance

Improve office productivity and team discipline

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience handling 30+ employees

Knowledge of HR policies and labor practices

Conflict resolution and disciplinary handling ability

Strong communication skills

Ability to implement systems and structure

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
