HR & Admin Executive

Recruitment & Hiring – Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation – Ensure proper joining formalities, offer letters, KYC, and employee file management.

Attendance & Leave Management – Monitor daily attendance, leaves, absenteeism, and maintain accurate records.

Payroll Coordination – Support payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, and statutory compliance.

Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC) – Ensure timely PF, ESIC, and other compliance-related activities and filings.

Employee Relations – Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.

Performance Management Support – Assist in appraisal processes, performance tracking, and feedback systems.

Training & Development – Coordinate training programs and employee skill development initiatives.

Administrative Management – Handle office administration including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Asset & Inventory Management – Maintain records of office assets, stationery, and ensure proper utilization.

Facility & Travel Management – Arrange travel, accommodation, and manage office facilities efficiently.

Policy Implementation & Discipline – Ensure company policies are followed and maintain workplace discipline.
