Job Description
- Key Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Distributor Human Resources Executive (DHRE) in delivering end-to-end HR operations within distributor organizations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable statutory and labor laws, including Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Equal Remuneration Act, and Child Labour Act.
- Maintain and update all statutory registers (Service Register, Wages, Bonus, Muster Rolls, Weekly Off, PF, ESI, etc.) and display mandatory notices and extracts as per law.
- Assist in filing statutory returns and submissions to government authorities under the guidance of the DHRE.
- Handle daily updation of Leave & Attendance and ensure accurate employee records.
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS (Personnel Details, HRD modules including training and performance records) with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in recruitment and selection activities including maintaining candidate databases and coordinating interviews to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Ensure effective internal communication by maintaining notice boards and sharing HR-related information, updates, ratings, and results across all branches.
- Oversee basic housekeeping and administrative support, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, stationery availability, and uninterrupted drinking water supply.
- Work closely with DHRE as a mentor, verify compliance-related data, and proactively share ideas for business growth and employee development.
