About the ProgramThis is a structured NEP (UGC)-aligned Talent Acquisition Internship & Certification Program designed to bridge the gap between campus learning and corporate HR practices. The program combines learning, assessment, and real-time project experience to make students job-ready.

• Program Structure30 Hours: Intensive Learning (Core HR & Recruitment Concepts)
• 80 Hours: Assessment + Live Project Work
• 10 Hours: Capstone Presentation
• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Work on job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Maintain candidate databases and trackers
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
• Participate in live recruitment projects
